Mike currently works within Treasury and Investor Relations for Party City Holdings Inc., being a direct support to the firm’s senior leadership team. He has nearly ten years of analytical experience within several areas of corporate finance, including wealth management, financial advising, risk management, treasury operations, and investor relations. On his personal time, Mike enjoys spending time with family and friends, mentoring college students, reading, golfing, or watching Formula 1 racing.

Mike discovered his interest in mentoring early on during his undergraduate experience at Ramapo College of New Jersey. He served as a dedicated mentor to freshman students each year, was heavily involved in the leadership of Ramapo’s College Honors Program, and had a seat on the advisory council for the dean of Ramapo’s Anisfield School of Business. In his first professional role, Mike became a licensed advisor and provided financial education to clients’ employees so they could manage investments for their families’ retirement savings. He continued to mentor graduating finance students from Ramapo College in his own time while pursuing his Master of Business Administration at Montclair State University, and starting in 2022 he joined the faculty of Montclair’s Feliciano School of Business as an adjunct professor of finance and accounting.

Mike’s next goal is directing his enthusiasm for mentorship and teaching towards the goals of The Gearing Towards Engineering Foundation as CFO. Mike wholeheartedly understands the value of passing down knowledge and creating new opportunities for the next generation, and is proud to stand by The Gearing Towards Engineering Foundation and its mission.
