Executive Officers
Joseph Vitale
Chairman of the Board/ CEO/Founder
Joseph graduated from NJIT with a bachelor's in Civil Engineering, minoring in entrepreneurial and legal studies. He has three years of experience at T&M Associates, completed a significant Eagle Scout project building a school in Guatemala, and has spoken nationally on various topics. As a co-author, CEO, and recipient of the Messengers of Peace Hero Award, Joseph is committed to philanthropy and entrepreneurship. He is also an active member of the American Society of Highway Engineers and a Brother of both Theta Tau and Alpha Phi Delta.
Janine Smolinski
Chief Operating Officer
Janine is currently a Project Manager at Remington & Vernick Engineers with nearly a decade of design and management experience working in the transportation field. She enjoys spending her time outside of work with her husband and two children, exercising, and creative writing.
Alexander Sands
Chief Information Officer
Alexander has worked as a solutions-driven web developer and systems engineer in the K-12 Industry. He believes that education is the foundation for personal growth and success, viewing it as the most tool for shaping a brighter future. He enjoys playing sports, video games and listening to hip-hop.
Jessica Brown
Marketing DIrector
Jessica Brown is a multi-disciplinary creative with years of experience delivering quality services specializing in STEM, the built world, and nonprofits. Her efforts have won multiple awards, including 2025 Volunteer of the Year for her work at the Gearing Towards Engineering Foundation. She is proud to volunteer for an organization that provides education on many exciting different STEM careers and concepts.
